Louis Chandonnet (Brother of Noir)

Louis is the younger brother of Noir and his most loyal advicer. He makes decisions when his big brother isn't there and does everything to help him run the group.
He tries to help Noir to come over his love for Dr. Sades as well, but since that doesn't work out Louis often tries to kidnap Dr. Sades to make his brother happy again.
Quote from the story: "Please give him a change doctor. He seems so happy when you're with him."
Things that he has in common with Noir are mostly his appaerance (really white skin and green eyes, darker hair) but his personality is very different. He may look a lot like Noir, only younger and way more shy and submissive.
Don't understimate him because of his cute looks! Louis is one of Noir his best fighters, his weapons of preference being throwing knifes or a needlepoint knife. Just like his brother he isn't very strong, but because of his speed he manages to always leave his enemies three steps behind him.
